Sharon Worley P.E.
WEA is pleased to announce that Sharon Worley has joined Webster Environmental Associates Inc. in the role of Senior Engineer. Sharon comes to us with more than 37 years of engineering experience, having recently retired from the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD). While working with MSD, she managed the district’s odor control program for several years. She also has significant expertise in the wastewater industry from her work as Project Manager, then Engineering Treatment Program Manager over WWTP capital projects. Sharon is currently assisting multiple clients with odor control in their collection systems. This includes optimizing chemical usage to manage odors more effectively and/or recommending alternative treatment options. Sharon received a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and is a Professional Engineer in the state of Kentucky. We are very excited to have her on the WEA team.
Grant Thompson
We are also pleased to announce Grant Thompson as the newest member of the Webster team. Since joining Webster, Grant has been involved in odor evaluations, studies, and onsite sampling at wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and industrial facilities. Grant has also assisted in condition assessments of odor control systems at wastewater treatment plants. Grant has taken on the role of Project Engineer and is joining us with a background in controls engineering.
